Fine, fine, fine.

The views from my room were amazing, overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea and the majestic Mount Etna. Waking up to a gourmet breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with every Sicilian specialty imaginable, was a dream come true! Plus, the service was great, with staff personally remembering my preferences and always offering helpful local tips.

The hotel is ideal with unique rooms and special services. Super friendly stuff throughout. Marvellous location with a pleasant view of the sea. A wide array of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. A wide array of food in the property, rooftop restaurant.

Fine views from the balcony of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. The room was beautifully decorated with a spacious layout, with amenities like a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a coffee machine. The outdoor swimming pool area was relaxing.

This is a fabulous hotel in a stunningly beautiful location. The staff is overwhelmingly helpful and generous, lavishing care on guests like favourite family members. What a treat for the senses!

European beds are very firm.

I stayed in the Beautiful Double or Twin Room with a Sea View. The decor was charming and really added to the experience. The views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna from my room were fine! The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, kind of distracting. It was a lovely room with great amenities.

Staff are exceptional. The staff were amazing with our children (5, 9, 10), they made us feel so welcome and personalised their service. By the end of the second day we felt like we had stayed many times in the past. They were super responsive helping us with transfers, with suggestions on where to eat out as well as ideas on where to go and what to see. The breakfast is AMAZING without a doubt it is the best we have had anywhere in the world (and we travel a lot + 60 nights a year)!!!

We had a bad experience at dinner but this was qucikly remedied and we were reinbursed after mentioning the issue (with no fuss). We found the beds were a little hard and the pillows OK.

Fine views of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea mesmerized me daily. The service felt personal, and the food was superb. Though the pool area was small, it didn't distract from the enchanting atmosphere. Perfect getaway for couples like us!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the position overlooking the bay, the cleanliness of the rooms all made for a very enjoyable anniversary celebration holiday.

We were not told that the pool was under annual maintenance and therefore unavailable to us.

The room was a medium size room that was booked as a deluxe room. There should be more lightening in the room Bathroom doesn't have enough counter space for two people. There was a drainage problem in the tub that was unresolved during our stay

Excellent room facilities with 3 balconies. Excellent dinner with outstanding chefs, very delicious pasta, very comfortable and relaxing breakfast with breath-taking views.
